A & A’s downtown Lynchburg maternity session

Honestly, there’s no greater compliment than clients turned friends that continue to have you document their lives for them. Ashley and I met years ago in college. We both graduated with degrees in kinesiology and neither one of us have careers in that field. We reconnected after college when I took their engagement photos and of course photographed their wedding.

Ashley and Anthony truly had one of the sweetest weddings ever! They were planning a wedding in a beautiful hotel in downtown Roanoke, however, the pandemic. They chose to still get married on their wedding date and it truly was the best day. There were twelve of us there, the front yard with the best mountain view was decorated so well and we all had the best time doing ALL the wedding things!

Fast forward two years and here they are about to have a baby girl and I cannot wait to meet that sweet little one! We truly had such a fun evening walking around downtown taking their maternity photos. I was reminded of how funny Anthony is and how Ashley balances him out so well. She is one of the kindest people and loves so well. I know she is going to be the best mom and I have no doubt that she will be the most caring attentive mom out there. She is patient and puts hard work into everything she does. Anthony will bring the fun, but I have no doubt that he will take the night shift in a heartbeat if needed! This little girl will surely have him wrapped around her finger! I’m so excited to watch you two become parents! She is such a lucky little girl! 🙂
